Job summary

Atlas Copco Compressors LLC -North America Customer Center in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Technical & Warranty Administration Support specialist to back Regional CTS Operations. The role collaborates with field service to resolve complex service issues and coordinates special projects initiated by management.

You will review products from a field/aftermarket perspective, assist Service Managers in technician development, support warranty claims, and provide technical guidance while travelling 10–15%.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of technical field service experience maintaining and repairing air compressors, including Atlas Copco and other brands.
• Minimum four-year degree in mechanical engineering or related field, or equivalent experience (e.g. 10+ years).
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills, with ability to read wiring diagrams and relay logic.
• Travel required to support regional needs (approx 10–15%).
• Must be self-directed with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review new products and information from field/aftermarket perspective to determine service feasibility and resources.
• Assist Service Managers in development of technicians and local training initiatives.
• Liaise with Technical Support Competency Group to expedite resolution of service issues.
• Warranty administration support, including review/approval of claims and RMA tracking.
• Provide technical support for end users and direct customers to Field Service when needed.
• Lead or participate in special projects as assigned by regional leadership.
• Perform duties per Atlas Copco standards and maintain customer communications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
