Job summary

Atlas Copco Compressors LLC in West Springfield, MA offers a hybrid role supporting technical & warranty administration for regional CTS operations. You will assist field service activities, coordinate repairs, and manage warranty matters while upholding Atlas Copco standards.

The position requires a 4-year engineering degree (or 10+ years related experience), 3–5 years of field service with compressors, and strong communication skills. Travel ~10–15% is expected.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of technical field service experience maintaining and repairing air compressors.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills; ability to interpret wiring diagrams and relay logic.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 10–15%.

Responsibilities

• Review new products and information from field/aftermarket to determine service feasibility and resources.
• Assist Service Managers in technician development and training initiatives.
• Liaise with Technical Support to expedite resolution of issues requiring special attention.
• Warranty administration support including review/approval of claims and RMA tracking.
• Provide technical support to end users and direct Field Service interventions as appropriate.
• Lead special projects as assigned by Regional Operations Manager or VP/GM.
• Perform duties per Atlas Copco standards and maintain customer communications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
