Job summary

Vontier Corporation seeks a Solution Owner for North America to define market requirements, deploy product strategy, and support development for retail automation projects. You will collaborate with Global Solutions Strategy & Architecture and engage customers, partners, and internal teams to shape roadmaps and go-to-market plans.

The role requires proven product development background, executive communication skills, and Agile experience, with a focus on retail/petroleum markets.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in engineering or marketing (MBA advantageous).
• Proven product/business development background.
• Consistent executive presence and communication skills.
• Proven track record delivering roadmap items on time, scope and budget.
• Experience in retail or petroleum retail markets.
• Knowledge and practical experience in Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the key point of contact for customers within the region at all levels (incl. C-level).
• Lead the discovery phase with cross-functional team to frame needs and requirements.
• Develop regional solution roadmaps and collect innovation initiatives on the due platform.
• Drive mid- and long-term growth of products through Marketing Led Opportunities (MLOs).
• Define and accelerate go-to-market strategy for the complete solution portfolio in the region.
• Organize and keep updated the solution value proposition and run experiments/research.
• Provide support to the sales team around solution proposals, including RFIs/RFQs/presentations.
• Own internal and external solution communication flows (demos, trainings).
