Job summary

Vontier is seeking a Solution Owner to define market requirements and deploy product strategy for North America retail automation projects. You will partner with the Global Solutions Strategy & Architecture team to expand product culture and drive regional roadmaps, engaging with customers and cross-functional teams at all levels.

The role requires a proven background in product development, executive-level communications, and agile delivery, plus experience in retail or petroleum retail

Qualifications

Masters degree in engineering or marketing (MBA advantageous).
Proven product/business development background.
Executive presence and strong communication skills.
Proven track record delivering roadmaps on time, within scope and budget.
Experience in retail or petroleum retail markets.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.

Responsibilities

Be the key point of contact for customers within North America.
Lead discovery with cross-functional teams to frame needs.
Develop regional solution roadmaps and collect innovations.
Drive growth through Marketing Led Opportunities.
Define go-to-market strategy for the region's solutions.
Support sales with solution proposals for RFIs/RFQs.
Own solution communications, demos and trainings.
