Qualifications

• Masters degree in engineering or marketing (MBA an advantage).
• Proven product/business development background.
• Executive presence and strong communication skills.
• Track record delivering roadmaps on time, budget, scope.
• Experience in retail or petroleum retail markets.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Be the regional point of contact for customers at all levels.
• Lead discovery with the cross-functional team to define needs.
• Develop regional solution roadmaps and gather innovation initiatives.
• Drive growth through Marketing Led Opportunities (MLOs).
• Define go-to-market strategy for the complete regional portfolio.
• Keep updated on competition and benchmark positioning.
• Support sales with solution proposals for RFIs/RFQs and presentations.
• Own internal and external solution communications and demos.
