Vontier is seeking a Solution Owner to define market requirements and deploy product strategy for North America retail automation projects. You will partner with Global Solutions Strategy & Architecture to expand product culture and knowledge in the region.

You will lead discovery, shape regional roadmaps, and collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to deliver on time and within budget. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in engineering or marketing (MBA as an advantage).
• Proven product / business development background.
• Consistent executive presence and communication skills.
• Proven track record of creating and delivering roadmap items on time, scope and budget.
• Experience in retail or petroleum retail markets.
• Knowledge and practical experience in Agile environment.

Responsabilités

• Be the key point of contact for customers within the region, engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Lead the discovery phase with cross-functional teams to frame needs and requirements.
• Develop regional solution roadmaps and gather innovation initiatives.
• Drive growth through Marketing Led Opportunities and go-to-market activities.
• Define and accelerate go-to-market strategy for the solution portfolio.
• Maintain knowledge of competition and benchmark positioning.
• Organize value proposition communications and run experiments/research.
• Support sales with solution proposals for RFIs/RFQs and market presentations.
