Job summary

Vontier is seeking a Solution Owner for North America to define market requirements and deploy product strategy for retail automation. You will collaborate with Global Solutions Strategy & Architecture and cross-functional teams to drive adoption and growth of the due solutions portfolio.

The role requires proven product/business development experience, executive communication, and Agile practice knowledge, with a focus on the retail/petroleum markets. Hybrid remote work supported.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in engineering or marketing (MBA as an advantage)

Responsibilities

• Be the key point of contact for customers within North America at all levels (incl. C-level).
• Lead the discovery phase with a cross-functional team to frame needs and requirements.
• Develop regional solution roadmaps and collect innovation initiatives for the due platform.
• Drive mid- and long-term growth of products through Marketing Led Opportunities (MLOs).
• Define and accelerate go-to-market strategy for the complete solution portfolio in the region.
• Maintain knowledge of competition positioning for benchmarking.
• Organize and update the solution value proposition for the due platform through experiments and research.
• Support the sales team around solution proposals for RFIs/RFQs and presentations requiring deep architectural ownership.
• Own internal and external solution communication flows (customer demos, trainings, etc.).
