Vontier Corporation is seeking a Solution Owner to define market requirements and deploy product strategy for retail automation projects in North America. You will partner with Global Solutions Strategy & Architecture and serve as a key contact for external stakeholders, shaping the region's product culture and knowledge.

• Masters degree in engineering or marketing (MBA a plus).
• Proven product/business development background.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Track record delivering roadmaps on time, within scope and budget.
• Experience in retail or petroleum retail markets.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Be the regional point of contact for customers at all levels, including C‑level.
• Lead discovery with cross-functional teams to define needs.
• Develop regional solution roadmaps and collect innovation initiatives.
• Drive growth through Marketing Led Opportunities.
• Define and accelerate go-to-market strategy for the region.
• Maintain knowledge of competitor positioning for benchmarking.
• Organize and update solution value proposition and run experiments.
• Support sales with solution proposals for RFIs/RFQs.
