Job summary

Vontier Corporation in Texas is seeking a Solution Owner to define market requirements, deploy product strategy for North America retail automation, and partner with Global Solutions Strategy & Architecture to expand the product vision.

You will lead discovery with cross-functional teams, develop regional roadmaps, drive growth through marketing-led opportunities, and collaborate with sales and engineering to deliver on-time, on-budget roadmaps.

Qualifications

Master's degree in engineering or marketing; MBA is a plus.
Proven product/business development background.
Strong executive presence and communication skills.
Proven track record delivering roadmap items on time, within scope and budget.
Experience in retail or petroleum retail markets.
Knowledge of Agile environments.

Responsibilities

Be the regional point of contact for customers, interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
Lead discovery with cross-functional teams to frame needs and requirements.
Develop regional solution roadmaps and collect innovation initiatives.
Drive mid- and long-term growth through marketing-led opportunities.
Define and accelerate go-to-market strategy for the complete solution portfolio.
Support sales with solution proposals, RFIs/RFQs, and architectural knowledge.
Own internal and external solution communications, demos and trainings.
