Job summary

Vontier Corporation is seeking a Solution Owner to define market requirements, deploy product strategy, and support development for retail automation projects in North America. You will partner with sales, product management, engineering and other teams to shape regional roadmaps and drive adoption.

The role requires executive presence, strong communication, and a track record delivering roadmaps on time and within budget, plus experience in retail or petroleum markets and Agile practices.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in engineering or marketing (MBA advantageous).
• Proven product/business development background.
• Executive presence and strong communication skills.
• Track record delivering roadmap items on time, scope and budget.
• Experience in retail or petroleum retail markets.
• Knowledge of Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Be the regional primary contact for customers at all levels, including C-suite.
• Lead project discovery with cross-functional teams to frame needs and requirements.
• Develop regional solution roadmaps and propose innovation initiatives on the due platform.
• Drive mid- and long-term product growth through Marketing Led Opportunities (MLOs).
• Define and accelerate go-to-market strategy for complete solution portfolio within the region.
• Maintain knowledge of competitive positioning for benchmarking.
• Organize and update the solution value proposition for the due platform via experiments and research.
• Support sales with solution proposals, RFIs/RFQs and presentations, showing deep architectural ownership.
• Own solution communications flows including demos and trainings.
