Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. seeks an experienced Regional Safety, Health and Environmental Manager 2 (RSM) to lead occupational safety management across designated profit centers. You will implement safety programs, oversee audits, and communicate safety issues to the Safety Director.

You'll train Branch Safety Coordinators, track regional performance, and help develop annual SH&E plans with senior leadership, including travel across locations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Safety certifications such as OHST, CHST, SMS, GSP are preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and classroom or conference-call presentation ability.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans with measurable goals.
• Proven organizational, multi-tasking, and customer-service orientation.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight trips.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare reports and recommend procedures to improve performance.
• Oversee safety protocols across branches within the region for compliance.
• Conduct safety inspections and audits using prescribed criteria.
• Train and guide Safety Coordinators to standardize policy implementation.
• Identify deficiencies and coordinate corrective actions with Branch teams.
• Support incident investigations and safety communication efforts.
• Lead regional safety calls and regional SH&E planning initiatives.
