Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. is seeking a Regional Safety, Health and Environmental Manager 2 (RSM) to oversee occupational safety at assigned profit centers, implement safety policies, and communicate safety issues to the Safety Director.

You will lead safety inspections, train coordinators, track performance, and help develop annual SH&E plans with region managers. This role requires a bachelor’s degree in safety and at least five years of experience, along with OSHA/DOT knowledge and strong

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field, plus 5 years in Safety/Health/Environmental Management.
• OHST, CHST, SMS or GSP certifications are preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to present information in classroom or conference calls.
• Proven ability to develop and execute a strategic SH&E plan with measurable goals.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare reports and recommend procedures to improve performance.
• Oversee safety protocols at branches within the region.
• Conduct safety inspections and audits following program criteria.
• Train Safety Coordinators for consistent policy enforcement.
• Identify deficiencies and mandate timely corrective actions.
• Support training, safety meetings, and documentation maintenance.
• Track region/branch performance and lagging indicators.
• Collaborate with VP and Region Managers on annual SH&E plan.
