The role involves leading audits, coaching Safety Coordinators, and driving a regional SH&E business plan with measurable goals. Travel across locations is required, and the position emphasizes strong Excel/Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Preferred Safety Certification - OHST, CHST, SMS, GSP.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to groups.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports and recommend procedures to improve performance.
• Oversee safety protocols across branches within the region.
• Conduct safety inspections and audits per program criteria.
• Train and guide Safety Coordinators for consistency.
• Identify deficiencies and set corrective actions with managers.
