Cogent Communications is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a direct sales team and execute a sales strategy across regional, national, and global accounts. You will drive revenue for DIA, Ethernet Point-to-Point, Colocation and IP Transit into SMB, corporate, and enterprise segments.

The role emphasizes hiring, coaching, and developing AMs, with a focus on meeting quotas and maintaining an efficient pipeline. Some travel is required and the position is office-based five days a week.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of sales success and ability to lead teams.
• Experience generating new business and coaching teams.
• College degree preferred; CRM proficiency required.
