Cogent Communications is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a direct sales team and drive growth across DIA, Ethernet Point-to-Point, Colocation and IP Transit offerings for SMB to Enterprise segments. This in-office Denver role emphasizes mentorship, strategic execution and alignment with company sales goals.

The ideal candidate will leverage a proven track record in Cogent’s product sales, coach a diverse team, and manage pipelines to exceed quotas.

Competenze

• Proven track record selling Cogent’s product set.
• Experience finding new business and managing a team.
• Strong leadership, coaching and management experience.
• A college degree is preferred.

Mansioni

• Hire, train and develop a diverse team of Account Managers in selling DIA, Ethernet Point-to-Point, Colocation and IP Transit into SMB, corporate and enterprise segments at regional, national and global levels.
• Drive, meet and exceed sales revenue and productivity objectives.
• Manage and utilize pipeline management for each sales rep.
• Work on time management to ensure efficiency in achieving goals/metrics set for AMs.
