The position is in-office five days a week, offering competitive base pay with uncapped commissions, bonuses, stock options, and 401(k) benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success selling Cogent’s product set.
• Experience finding new business and building pipelines.
• Strong team leadership, coaching and management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a direct sales team of 7 to 10 Regional, National and Global Account Managers.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet/exceed team quota.
• Direct customer contact will comprise a major portion of this role.
• Report to the Director of Sales and drive pipeline management.
