Job summary

Apnimed is seeking a Regional Sales Leader to build and lead a high-performing field sales team across a defined geography. You will translate HCP strategy into disciplined execution, drive pre-launch planning, launch activities, and post-launch selling to exceed forecasts.

You will recruit and coach researchers and sales specialists, manage territory plans and budgets, and collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Commercial Operations to align local and national strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of biopharmaceutical sales management experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives and launches.
• Strong coaching and HCP selling expertise.
• Ability to recruit, build and lead field sales teams.
• Strong business acumen with analytics and data interpretation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a local team of sales specialists, executing the HCP strategy for pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing sales professionals in the region.
• Coach the field through ride-alongs, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Own regional business planning, budgets, and attainment of sales KPIs.
• Analyze regional data to identify opportunities and address gaps.
• Build relationships with key HCPs, accounts, and health systems locally.
