Job summary

Apnimed is seeking a Regional Sales Leader to recruit, develop and lead a local team of sales specialists, driving pre-launch planning, launch execution and post-launch selling within the assigned geography. This field-based leadership role requires hands-on coaching, a track record of exceeding sales objectives in biopharma, and the ability to build relationships with local HCPs and health systems.

Extensive travel expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of biopharmaceutical sales management experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives and product launches.
• Strong HCP selling expertise and coaching ability.
• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned geography.

Responsibilities

• Lead a local team of sales specialists and execute HCP strategy in the region.
• Recruit, onboard and retain high-performing sales staff.
• Coach field reps with ride-alongs and feedback.
• Own regional business planning and budget for forecasts and KPIs.
• Build relationships with local HCPs and health systems.
• Ensure compliant and cohesive local go-to-market execution.
