Job summary

Vanteo's BDV Cultural Exchange division is building a net-new sales function for its five J-1 teacher-placement brands — TPG, ITES, Global, J1X, and HRC.

As Regional Sales Leader you will own a region, a quota, and a team of four New Sales reps, map markets, open doors, close deals, and coach your team to do the same. You’ll collaborate with Education Growth and Partnerships to fuel pipeline and growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in new-business B2B or B2G sales with consistent attainment.
• Experience leading a quota-carrying team with coaching success.
• Proven funnel-building from scratch in education or related sectors.
• K-12 buyer knowledge: districts, charters, private schools, procurement.
• Ability to manage long, multi-year cycles and multi-stakeholder deals.
• Strong partner-building experience with agencies or recruiters.
• Hands-on CRM discipline and data-driven forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Create the funnel for your region and own the pipeline.
• Map districts, charter networks, and schools; run outbound and events.
• Develop parallel pipelines with districts, charters, and voucher-funded schools.
• Build relationships with EDs, superintendents, and state education bodies.
• Carry a regional quota; close strategic multi-brand deals yourself.
• Hire, onboard, and coach four New Sales Reps; manage contractors.
• Forecast in HubSpot and deliver regional commitments to leadership.
