Job summary

Vanteo is seeking a Regional Sales Leader in the United States, building a new sales function across five J-1 teacher-placement brands. You will own a region, coach four New Sales reps, and drive a personal quota while forming pipelines from charter networks, districts, and voucher-funded schools.

You will work to close deals, coach the team, and represent at state conferences and events to accelerate school partnerships and referrals.

Qualifications

7+ years in new-business B2B or B2G sales with consistent attainment.
Experience leading a quota-carrying team and hiring/developing reps.
Proven ability to build a funnel from scratch in education sales.
Deep understanding of K-12 buying, districts, charters, and voucher-funded schools.
Ability to navigate long, relationship-driven cycles and multi-stakeholder buy groups.
Knowledge of J-1 or education staffing is highly preferred.
Experience turning partners into referrals and managing CRM discipline.

Responsibilities

Create the regional funnel and manage a four-rep team to meet targets.
Map districts and charter networks, running outbound, events, and referrals.
Develop parallel pipelines into districts, networks, and voucher-funded schools.
Build relationships with state education departments and recruiters for referrals.
Present at conferences and events where hiring decisions occur.
Close deals, manage quotas, and coach the team to perform.
Coordinate independent contractors and ensure CRM discipline.
Collaborate with other brand teams to share leads and manage multi-brand accounts.
