Job summary

Vanteo is building a regional sales leadership function for its BDV Cultural Exchange brands. You will own a region, quota, and a four-rep team, map markets, open doors, and close deals with accountability for the funnel.

Lead from the front by hiring and ramping four New Sales Reps, coaching performance, and forecasting with HubSpot. Collaborate across brand teams to maximize multi-brand opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in new-business B2B or B2G sales with consistent attainment.
• Experience leading quota-carrying teams with hiring and coaching results.
• Ability to build a funnel from scratch across districts and networks.
• K-12 buyer dynamics knowledge is preferred.
• Comfort with long, relationship-driven cycles (2–3 years).
• Strong partner-building experience across education networks.

Responsibilities

• Create the funnel and region pipeline from zero.
• Build and manage a four-rep team; own regional quota and deals.
• Diversify reach into charter networks, districts, and private schools.
• Turn partners into pipeline with state agencies and recruiters.
• Engage decision-makers at conferences, fairs, and events.
• Close deals and maintain a steady, region-wide number.
• Hire and ramp four New Sales Reps and coordinate contractors.
• Coach reps, run weekly pipeline reviews, and forecast with HubSpot.
• Share learnings with Sales Operations to sharpen the funnel.
• Collaborate with other brand teams to optimize multi-brand opportunities.
