Job summary

Vanteo's BDV Cultural Exchange is building a net-new sales function for its five J-1 teacher-placement brands — TPG, ITES, Global, J1X, and HRC. Three Regional Sales Leaders will own a region, a quota, and a team of four New Sales reps — and each one is responsible for creating the funnel that feeds it.

In a fast, demanding environment, you will map the market, open doors, carry deals of your own, and coach your team to do the same.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in new-business B2B or B2G sales with consistent attainment
• Experience leading a quota-carrying team (2+ years)
• Proven ability to build a funnel from nothing and launch new territories
• Deep understanding of K-12 buyer landscape and procurement paths
• Familiarity with J-1 or education staffing preferred
• CRM discipline with HubSpot or similar system

Responsibilities

• Create the funnel and own regional pipeline from zero
• Map districts, charter networks, and voucher-funded/private schools; run outbound, events, and referrals
• Develop parallel pipelines into charter networks and private schools
• Build relationships with state DOEs, local communities, and recruiters to generate referrals
• Close deals, hit regional quota, and lead from the front
• Recruit, onboard, and ramp four New Sales Reps and coordinate contractors
• Coach reps, run weekly pipeline reviews, and maintain accurate CRM data
• Collaborate across Vanteo brands to share leads and coordinate multi-brand accounts
• Forecast with discipline and deliver regional commitments to leadership
