Job summary

Vanteo is building a net-new sales function for its five J-1 teacher-placement brands—TPG, ITES, Global, J1X, and HRC. We’re seeking three Regional Sales Leaders who own a region, a quota, and a four-person New Sales Rep team.

You will map districts, recruit and coach, close deals, and collaborate across brand teams. If you’re driven, skilled at building funnel from scratch, and comfortable with multi-year cycles, this is your seat.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in new-business B2B or B2G sales with consistent attainment you can show us.
• 2+ years leading a quota-carrying team.
• Proof you can build a funnel from nothing.
• K-12 buyer range.
• Comfort with long, relationship-driven cycles.
• J-1 or education staffing knowledge (preferred).
• Partner-building experience.
• CRM discipline using HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Create the funnel and build your region's pipeline from zero in districts, charter networks, and schools.
• Run outbound, events, and referrals to fill the top of the funnel with support from Revenue & Demand Generation.
• Develop parallel pipelines into charter networks and private/voucher-funded schools.
• Build relationships with state Departments of Education, local communities, and recruiters to generate referrals.
• Be present at conferences, job fairs, and association events where hiring happens.
• Carry a regional quota and close deals yourself and by your reps.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop four New Sales Reps and coordinate independent contractors.
• Coach reps with regular one-on-ones and development goals.
• Forecast with HubSpot and deliver regional commits.
• Share field learnings with Sales Ops and Revenue & Demand Generation.
• Collaborate across Vanteo with other regions and brand teams.
