Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to oversee QA/QC across PV EPC projects in the assigned Southwest region. The role is remote with regular travel to project sites and client meetings to ensure adherence to SOLV Energy’s quality standards.

You will conduct audits, perform root-cause analysis, and train field teams on quality procedures. Strong knowledge of construction drawings, electrical safety, and SOLV SOPs is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in quality management in solar/renewable energy.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Certifications such as ASQ ISO 9001 Six Sigma or PMP are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA/QC for PV EPC projects in assigned region.
• Conduct audits and First Article Inspections.
• Provide training to field teams on QA/QC practices.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections and corrective actions.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis using 5-Why or 8D methods.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
