Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to oversee QA/QC for PV EPC projects across the assigned region.

The role is remote with regular travel to project sites in the Southwest region to train field teams, conduct audits and inspections, and meet with clients and regulators. You will implement SOLV's Quality Management System, lead continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in quality management in solar or renewable energy.
• Quality certs like ASQ Auditor, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or PMP are desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC methodologies and electrical construction.
• Experience with QA documentation and audits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with SOLV's QMS and project contracts.
• Establish and improve quality systems to meet regulations and customer expectations.
• Conduct inspections and audits of PV projects for quality and compliance.
• Train project teams on QA practices and SOLV SOPs.
• Perform root cause analysis and manage CAPA actions.
• Maintain documentation and reports for management and clients.
