Garney is seeking a Regional Project Coordinator Supervisor to mentor Project Coordinators across multiple locations, ensuring consistency and excellence in project support. This role bridges the administrative team and operations, guiding standardization of practices and supporting corporate goals.

The position emphasizes leadership, onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration to enable regional objectives while maintaining daily operations across regions.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience overseeing teams of project coordinators.
• Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and emotional intelligence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with construction project software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 2–6 Project Coordinators across multiple locations.
• Serve as the key contact and support for the Profit Center Director; assist the Admin Manager in balancing workloads based on project complexity and staffing needs.
• Lead regional PC meetings and support team communications and trainings.
• Mentor and provide direct support to area PCs, promoting best practices and ongoing development.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new hires; reinforce consistency across regions.
• Provide feedback on administrative workflows, process improvements, and system enhancements.
• Champion standardization and ensure consistent execution of administrative processes across the region.
• Maintain PC responsibilities on a project when necessary to stay connected to daily operations.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Admin and Operations to meet regional objectives.
