Job summary

Garney Construction is seeking a Regional Project Coordinator Supervisor to lead a team of Project Coordinators across multiple locations. You will mentor staff, drive standardized administrative practices, and align regional efforts with operations and corporate goals.

You will serve as a key liaison to the Profit Center Director and Admin Manager, overseeing workloads and coordinating regional projects. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High level of emotional intelligence with the ability to lead with professionalism and approachability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with construction project software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 2–6 Project Coordinators across multiple locations.
• Serve as the key contact and support for the Profit Center Director; assist the Admin Manager in balancing workloads based on project complexity and staffing needs
• Lead regional PC meetings and support team communications and trainings
• Mentor and provide direct support to area PCs, promoting best practices and ongoing development
• Assist with onboarding and training of new hires; reinforce consistency across regions
• Provide feedback on administrative workflows, process improvements, and system enhancements
• Champion standardization and ensure consistent execution of administrative processes across the region
• Maintain PC responsibilities on a project when necessary to stay connected to daily operations
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Admin and Operations to meet regional objectives
