Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 2–6 Project Coordinators across multiple locations.
• Serve as the key contact for the Profit Center Director; assist Admin Manager in workload balancing.
• Lead regional PC meetings and support team communications and trainings.
• Mentor and provide direct support to area PCs and promote best practices.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new hires; reinforce consistency across regions.
• Provide feedback on administrative workflows, process improvements, and system enhancements.
• Champion standardization and ensure consistent execution of administrative processes across the region.
• Maintain PC responsibilities on a project when necessary to stay connected to daily operations.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Admin and Operations to meet regional objectives.
