Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in administrative role, including leading teams.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead workload distribution across the regional team.
• Coordinate project openings, scheduling, and logistics for experts.
• Assist with budgets, contracts wording, and approvals.
• Maintain accurate regional records in ERP and client systems.
• Provide mentoring and training to Regional Coordinators.
• Oversee regional administrative activities and ensure compliance.
