Job summary

American Red Cross seeks a Regional Program Specialist - Reserve to support Services to the Armed Forces and International Services. The role involves deployment to overseas U.S. military installations, managing SAF/IS programs, and coordinating volunteers and family services in austere environments.

Responsibilities include emergency communication support, program reporting, stakeholder outreach, and mobilizing mobile teams. A Bachelor's degree and five years' related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or public administration, human resources management, community organization, social or health sciences, or related field is required; or related equivalent experience.
• A minimum of five years related experience in program management or related field is required.
• A current, valid driver's license with good driving record is required.
• Requires strong computer skills and the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the delivery of services to meet the needs of military members, veterans and families.
• Facilitate emergency communication messages and related support services to service members and their families.
• Monitor service delivery outcomes, document activities, and identify improvements.
• Recruit, onboard, train, supervise and recognize volunteers for program delivery.
• Coordinate deployments, travel logistics, and reporting for mobile teams.
