Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a highly adaptable Regional Program Specialist - Reserve to support Services to the Armed Forces (SAF) and International Services (IS) programs. This role involves deployments of approximately 6 months plus training, living on military installations, and meeting medical and security clearances.

Responsibilities include managing program delivery for military members and families, supervising volunteers, and coordinating travel and logistics for mobile

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business or public administration, HR management, community organization, social or health sciences, or related field.
• Experience: At least five years in program management or related field.
• Licenses: Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of Red Cross services for military members, veterans, and families.
• Supervise volunteer teams and coordinate with Red Cross departments.
• Support deployment readiness, travel coordination, and reporting for mobile deployments.
• Build relationships with military leadership and installation partners.
• Coordinate emergency communication, outreach, and community engagements.
