Job summary

The American Red Cross seeks a Regional Program Specialist - Reserve to support Services to the Armed Forces programs in overseas locations. The role involves short-term deployments, remote training, and mandatory readwrite time off, with strict medical and security clearances to maintain readiness.

Responsibilities include managing emergency communications, service delivery, and volunteer engagement while collaborating with Red Cross leadership for deployment feedback and program improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or public administration, human resources management, community organization, social or health sciences, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of Red Cross services for military members, veterans and families.
• Lead SAF/IS program operations, including IHL, YAC and RFL initiatives.
• Recruit, train, supervise and mentor volunteers for mobile deployments and missions.
• Coordinate travel, logistics and reporting for SAF/IS deployments.
• Build relationships with military leadership, installation partners and community stakeholders.
