Job summary

The American Red Cross seeks a mission-driven Regional Program Specialist - Reserve to support Services to the Armed Forces (SAF) and International Services (IS) programs. Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of Red Cross services for SAF/IS to meet needs of service members, veterans, and families.
• Coordinate emergency communications casework and maintain documentation.
• Build relationships with military leadership, installation partners, and volunteers.
• Manage the volunteer engagement cycle including recruitment, onboarding, training, and recognition.
• Support deployment readiness and provide logistics and reporting assistance for mobile teams.
