Job summary

The American Red Cross seeks a mission-driven Regional Program Specialist - Reserve to support Services to the Armed Forces (SAF) and International Services programs in overseas locations. You will deploy to U.S.

military installations, manage staff and volunteers, and ensure effective emergency communication and support for service members and families. Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least five years in program management, with strong communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Education required: Bachelor’s degree in business or public administration or related field.
• Minimum of five years of related program management experience.
• Strong computer and public speaking skills, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with American Red Cross programs and military culture is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage SAF/IS program delivery and operations across deployed settings.
• Recruit, supervise, and mentor volunteers to support program goals.
• Coordinate outreach with military leadership and installation partners.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery, documentation, and reporting.
