Job summary

The American Red Cross seeks a highly adaptable Regional Program Specialist - Reserve to support Services to the Armed Forces (SAF) programs and International Services (IS). You will deploy to overseas locations for six-month rotations, live on a military base, and coordinate emergency communications and casework to service members, veterans and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required.
• Minimum of five years of related program management experience.
• Strong public speaking and written/verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain a secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of Red Cross services to military members, veterans, and families.
• Lead SAF/IS programs, IHL, YAC, and Restoring Family Links within jurisdiction.
• Oversee volunteer management, deployment readiness, and mobile team support.
