Job summary

American Red Cross seeks a Regional Program Specialist - Reserve to support Services to the Armed Forces programs overseas. Deployments are approximately six months plus remote training, with mandatory medical and security clearances.

You will live on military installations and stay mobile between rotations. This role manages emergency communications casework, program delivery, and volunteer supervision, coordinating with installation partners to sustain Red Cross services for service members

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or public administration or related field is required.
• Strong communication and public speaking abilities preferred.
• Experience with program management and volunteer engagement is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage emergency communication messages and ensure proper documentation.
• Oversee deployment readiness and support for mobile SAF/IS teams.
• Lead volunteer engagement and supervision across SAF/IS and related programs.
• Coordinate outreach with military leadership and installation partners.
• Support travel coordination, logistics, and reporting for deployments.
