You will partner with hiring leaders to understand local staffing needs, build pipelines of pharmacist talent, and guide candidates through a high-quality recruiting experience from first conversation through offer. This role emphasizes building relationships across varying healthcare talent markets and serving as a trusted talent partner to strengthen pharmacist

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of related recruiting experience.
• At least 1 year applying talent acquisition assessment practices to moderately complex hiring needs.
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Clarifies position requirements with hiring partners.
• Develops sourcing plans for assigned vacancies.
• Screens applicants against job-related criteria.
• Guides interviewers on consistent candidate evaluation.
• Addresses obstacles in candidate pipelines within recruitment guidelines.
• Escalates potential hiring risks requiring policy interpretation.
• Uses recruitment metrics to refine search approaches.
