Walgreens Co. is seeking a Recruiter focused on Pharmacist talent to own regional staffing strategies and build pipelines across your market. You’ll engage active and passive candidates, partner with hiring leaders, and guide candidates from first conversation to offer.

You’ll work to align sourcing plans with local needs, address hiring obstacles, and use metrics to refine approaches, delivering a high-quality recruiting experience for pharmacists across the region.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of related recruiting experience.
• At least 1 year applying TA assessment practices.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Clarifies position requirements with hiring partners.
• Develops sourcing plans for assigned vacancies.
