Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Recruiter focused on Pharmacist talent to connect talented pharmacists with opportunities across your assigned region and serve patients and communities.

You will own recruiting efforts in a defined geographic market, partner with hiring leaders, build pipelines, engage active and passive candidates, and guide candidates from first conversation through offer, delivering a high-quality recruiting experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of related experience.
• At least 1 year of experience applying talent acquisition assessment practices to moderately complex hiring needs.
• At least 1 year of experience working with basic business goals, financial concepts, or key performance measures.
• At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Travel may be required up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Clarifies position requirements with hiring partners.
• Develops sourcing plans for assigned vacancies.
• Screens applicants against job-related criteria.
• Guides interviewers on consistent candidate evaluation.
• Addresses obstacles in assigned candidate pipelines within established recruitment guidelines.
• Escalates potential risks in hiring practices that require policy interpretation.
• Uses recruitment metrics to refine search approaches.
