Qualifications

• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Experience applying talent acquisition practices to moderately complex hiring needs.
• Experience working with business goals and performance measures.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Clarifies position requirements with hiring partners.
• Develops sourcing plans for assigned vacancies.
• Screens applicants against job-related criteria.
• Guides interviewers on consistent candidate evaluation.
• Addresses obstacles in assigned candidate pipelines within recruitment guidelines.
• Escalates potential risks in hiring practices that require policy interpretation.
• Uses recruitment metrics to refine search approaches.
