Job summary

Quilt is seeking a Regional Partner Sales Manager for the South Central US. You will own the partner channel, grow new Quilt Certified Partners, and support existing ones while traveling 50–75% to train and coach dealer networks.

You’ll be a key face of Quilt to HVAC contractors across the region, building strong relationships and driving growth. You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to ensure partners leverage co-op funds and marketing assets, while developing scalable

Qualifications

• 5+ years in channel sales, territory sales, or business development, preferably in HVAC or related trade industries.
• Strong network of HVAC contractors/dealers is a plus.
• Ability to travel 50–75% regionally and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Own Quilt’s partner channel across the South Central US, growing new partners and supporting existing ones.
• Travel regularly to partner locations for in-person check-ins, training, and field support.
• Develop and manage partner metrics, co-op funds, and marketing assets with the marketing team.
• Document and share best practices through playbooks to scale the network.
