Job summary

Quilt is seeking a Regional Partner Sales Manager for the South Central region. This field-based role focuses on growing the Quilt partner network and supporting existing partners with training, drive, and collaboration with marketing.

You will travel frequently to contractor sites and trade events. You will build a regional playbook, sign new partners, and coach partner sales teams to win more Quilt installations, while contributing to a mission to transform HVAC with innovative heat pump

Qualifications

• 5+ years in channel/territory sales or business development.
• HVAC fluency across heat pump systems and applications.
• Existing network of HVAC contractors in the South Central US is a strong advantage.
• Hunter-farmer mindset; grow existing accounts while prospecting new partners.
• Willingness to travel 50%–75% within the region.
• Credible communicator with installers, shop owners, and regional leaders.

Responsibilities

• Hunt: Build the Partner Base by identifying and engaging HVAC contractors across the South Central US.
• Pitch & Onboard: Lead discovery meetings and enroll partners into Quilt Partner Program.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy, well-qualified pipeline of partner prospects.
• Industry Presence: Represent Quilt at regional HVAC events and meetings.
• Hit Targets: Meet quarterly targets for net-new partner enrollments.
• Farm: Grow Existing Partners by managing relationships with current Quilt partners across the region.
• Field Support: Travel to partner locations for in-person check-ins and ride-alongs.
• Enablement & Training: Deliver product and sales training to partner teams.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor partner metrics and adjust plans.
• Marketing Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing on co-op funds and leads.
