Job summary

Quilt is seeking a Regional Partner Sales Manager for the South Central US. You will own Quilt’s partner channel, nurturing existing partners while scouting and signing new HVAC contractors.

The role is field-based and remote within the South Central region, with heavy travel required to meet with contractors and installers. You will lead training, provide sales enablement, and drive regional revenue, installs, and partner satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in channel sales or business development in HVAC or related trades.
• Fluency in heat pump systems and HVAC market.
• Existing network of HVAC contractors is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to travel 50–75%.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage South Central partner base across the region.
• Onboard and enable new and existing Quilt partners.
• Travel regularly for in-person partner engagements and ride-alongs.
• Hit revenue and install targets across the regional portfolio.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support partners.
