Quilt is seeking a Regional Partner Sales Manager for the South Central US. You will own Quilt’s partner channel, helping established partners sell and install more Quilt systems while signing new contractors to grow the network.

This field-based role requires extensive travel (50–75%), and you’ll collaborate with marketing and product teams to accelerate partner success and drive regional growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in channel sales or business development, preferably in HVAC or building products.
• Fluent understanding of heat pump systems and how they’re sold, installed, and serviced.
• Existing network of HVAC contractors/dealers in the region is a plus.
• Self-directed with territory ownership and accountability for results.

Responsabilités

• Build, manage, and grow Quilt’s partner base across the South Central region; identify and onboard new partners.
• Provide field support, training, and coaching to partners; conduct ride-alongs and store visits.
• Track partner performance and coordinate with marketing on funds, programs, and assets.
