Quilt is seeking a Regional Partner Sales Manager for the Southeast, field-based or remote within the Southeast US. You will own Quilt’s partner channel across the Southeast, supporting current Certified Partners and signing new contractors with travel 50–75%.

This role drives regional growth and partner success through coaching, training, and field-driven playbooks. You’ll collaborate with marketing and operations to optimize funds and assets, while building a high-performance partner network

Competenze

• 5+ years in channel sales, territory sales, or business development, preferably in HVAC, building products, or a related trade industry.
• Real fluency in heat pump systems, including applications in hot, humid climates.
• An existing network of HVAC contractors and dealers in the Southeast is a strong advantage.
• A true hunter-farmer mindset, with proven ability to manage and grow existing accounts while simultaneously prospecting and closing new partners.
• Comfortable being on the road 50–75% of the time throughout your region.
• Credible communicator across the full range of partner contacts, from a working installer to a shop owner to a regional executive.
• Self-directed and territory-minded. You own your pipeline, manage your own schedule, and hold yourself accountable to results.

Mansioni

• Build and manage Quilt’s Southeast partner base (25%).
• Grow and nurture existing partners, provide field support and training (75%).
• Travel regularly for partner visits, ride-alongs, and coaching.
• Develop partner playbooks and document best practices to scale success.
