Job summary

Quilt is seeking a Regional Partner Sales Manager for the South Central US. This field-based, remote role focuses on growing Quilt’s partner network and supporting dealers to sell and install Quilt heat pump systems.

You will travel regularly within the South Central region, helping partners grow revenue and improve customer outcomes, while aligning with marketing and product teams to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• HVAC fluency including heat pump systems and installations.
• Experience building and managing channel partnerships in HVAC or related industries.
• Ability to travel 50–75% within the region and manage a field-based role.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow Quilt's partner base across the South Central US and onboard new partners.
• Manage relationships with existing Quilt partners and provide field support.
• Deliver product and sales training to partner teams and monitor performance metrics.
• Travel to partner locations for on-site visits and joint sales activities.
• Collaborate with Marketing on co-op funds and partner marketing assets.
• Drive revenue and installation targets across the regional partner portfolio.
