Quilt seeks a Regional Partner Sales Manager for the South Central US. You will own the partner channel, grow a network of certified Quilt partners, and travel regionally to train, coach, and close deals. You’ll work with dealers to drive install volume and revenue while building a scalable regional playbook.

You’ll be on the road 50–75% of the time, building partnerships with HVAC contractors, and shaping Quilt’s regional strategy with support from marketing and product teams.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in channel sales, territory sales, or business development, preferably in HVAC or building products.
• HVAC fluency: heat pump systems, their installation, and sales processes.
• Existing network of HVAC contractors/dealers in the South Central US is a strong advantage.
• Hunter-farmer mindset to grow existing accounts while prospecting new partners.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% regionally.

Responsabilidades

• Build and own Quilt's partner base in the South Central US (25%).
• Manage onboarding, pipeline, and partner enrollment.
• Grow and support existing partners with field coaching and training (75%).
• Travel regularly for on-site partner visits, ride-alongs, and training sessions.
• Represent Quilt at regional HVAC events and partner meetings.
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize co-op funds and marketing assets.
