Resumo da oferta
Quilt is seeking a Regional Partner Sales Manager for the Southeast to own the partner channel, grow existing Quilt Certified Partners, and sign new contractors while traveling 50–75%. You will collaborate with HVAC installers and dealers to expand Quilt’s footprint across the Southeast and drive adoption of our heat pump systems and software solutions.
You will lead partner onboarding, coaching, and performance tracking, building a scalable regional playbook while representing Quilt at industry
Qualificações
- 5+ years in channel/territory sales, HVAC or related field.
- Strong HVAC fluency and ability to explain heat pump systems.
- Willingness to travel 50–75% and be on the road.
Responsabilidades
- Identify and connect with Southeast HVAC contractors to become Quilt partners.
- Lead discovery meetings and onboard new partners.
- Maintain a healthy partner pipeline and meet enrollments.
- Represent Quilt at regional HVAC trade events and industry gatherings.
- Travel to partner locations for coaching and ride-alongs with partner sales reps and installation crews.
- Develop and refine partner success playbooks and share learnings with the broader team.
- Meet revenue and installation targets across the region.
