Job summary

Quilt is seeking a Regional Partner Sales Manager for the South Central US. You will own the partner channel, support existing Certified Partners, and recruit new contractors across the territory.

The role requires substantial travel, field coaching, and collaboration with marketing and operations to grow partner performance. You will drive regional revenue, build a scalable partner playbook, and represent Quilt with HVAC contractors and dealers in the South Central US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in channel sales or business development in HVAC or related field.
• Proven ability to grow partner networks and manage regional portfolios.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% across the South Central US.

Responsibilities

• Hunt: Build the partner base by identifying and recruiting HVAC contractors and dealers across the South Central US.
• Engage, onboard, and enroll partners, managing a healthy sales pipeline.
• Farm: Grow existing partners with ongoing field support, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with marketing on co-op funds and lead programs to maximize partner success.
• Drive regional performance by exceeding revenue and install targets, and document best practices.
