Job summary

Elite Line Services (ELS) is seeking a senior operations leader to guide site managers and teams in achieving safety, quality and customer satisfaction goals. The role entails overseeing financial and technical activities, supporting contract development, and driving continuous improvement across multiple sites.

You will maintain client relationships, lead annual operating plans, review P&Ls, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in related field and/or 10 years’ experience in a high-level service industry management position.
5+ years’ experience in service provision, adhering to contract terms.
Strong administrative, communication and leadership skills and abilities, including verbal and written communication.
Basic knowledge of State and Federal Employment laws.
Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Provide operational assistance and guidance to Site Managers and site teams.
Oversee business, financial and technical activities of Operations and Maintenance sites.
Coordinate development of Site’s annual operating plan and budget.
Maintain client relationships and end-to-end customer service experience.
Engage in contract reviews and responses, and support bidding for new contracts.
Ensure safety, quality and environmental compliance across sites.
